Our youth programs engage children with Judaism in innovative and exciting ways that enhance their love of Judaism and grow their connection with Temple Emanuel and their peers. Our four youth groups encompass a wide range of ages and offer monthly social, social justice, and religious programs.
In addition to our youth groups, Temple Emanuel offers a diverse array of youth engagement programs. These programs include Teen High Holiday services, giving teens an opportunity to create, write, and run their own Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services, and our “Chill & Chat” series, where 7th-12th graders can attend guided discussions surrounding issues in their lives.
Temple Emanuel’s youth programs are inclusive and seek to provide a sense of home to all children, regardless of sexual orientation or identity, physical or developmental ability, or background. We seek to accommodate the needs of our youth ensuring full access to our programs.

Learn more about our Youth Programs:
Club Noar serves as an introduction to youth group for our Kindergarten through 2nd graders. In Club Noar, participants build relationships with other Jewish children in a fun, social, and supportive environment. Club Noar encourages our youngest members to be involved in their congregation by connecting them with friends. Club Noar is a wonderful first step in forming a lifelong Jewish identity and making lifelong friends.
Club Noar offers varied programs throughout the year including occasional joint programing with Club Chaverim, our 3rd-5th grade youth group. Through these structured interactions with Club Chaverim, youth in Club Noar have the opportunity to expand their social-circle and meet the youth who will be with them throughout their time at Temple Emanuel.
